Laura Taylor

Laura is our Compliance Manager and ensures that ETS maintains an exceptional quality benchmark.

Laura previously worked as a CQC registered manager for 9 years, with a total of 15 years’ experience in health and social care. As a registered manager, Laura’s registration was positively green rated as ‘Good’ with exceptional feedback from Inspectors.

She loves compliance, strange but true! She is committed to ETS delivering the best to all stakeholders and has a knack of explaining complicated rules and regulations in a simple and straightforward way. ETS operates in an environment which involves a range of compliance frameworks and Laura ensures we only procure the best, from market leading Trusted Partners, for our clients. She builds supportive relationships with our Trusted Partners by sharing information that is well informed with them, our team, and our customers.

One of Laura’s critical skills is to think outside the box enabling us to navigate around potential compliance obstacles. Since joining ETS external audits have remained positive without any non-conformances identified.

With an honours degree in Language and Human Communication and a Diploma in Management and Leadership, she understands people and communication, learning styles and the requirements of flexibility within robust frameworks.
