Ixchiel Wilson

Ixchiel is a friendly, professional, caring Occupational Therapist and the Operations Director at Enable Therapy Services.

Ixchiel leads the team in the delivery of the excellent service at Enable Therapy Service.  Highly experienced, forward-thinking, she consistently demonstrates her ability to optimise efficiency and maintain quality, always motivating and managing strategic initiatives to ensure our team, clients and customers are best supported.

Starting in a career as an NHS Occupational Therapists in 1996, she joined the ETS Head Office team in 2010, as a Case Manager and is true to her profession by being committed to placing the client at the centre of any interventions and promoting, where possible, a return functional independence.  During her tenure at Enable Therapy Services she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the business and has demonstrated an evidence based problem solving approach which has enabled her and the business to successfully navigate change and support innovation to improve practice.

Ixchiel has a warm, sensitive and professional approach to all, is respected within the team and the wider rehabilitation community.

Ixchiel is a member of the Health Professional Council and British Associate of Occupational Therapists.
